  • Cold storage (Ledger): Hardware-backed, offline key management with access segregation.
  • Institutional custody: Transitioning assets to Gemini for institutional-grade controls and operational resilience.
  • Controls: Role-based access, multi-factor authentication, change logs, and dual-control procedures for movements.

Compliance posture

  • KYC/AML readiness: Source-of-wealth, employment history/resume, and banking statements available on request.
  • Provenance package: On-chain addresses, transaction exports, and device screenshots to evidence custody history.
  • Policies: No customer funds, no third-party assets, and no money transmission activity.
